Cancellation Policy

Life can be unpredictable, and I completely understand that plans sometimes need to change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your session, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment time may forfeit the session fee, as your booking time has been reserved especially for you. If you wish to reschedule, your payment will be transferred to your new appointment time, provided at least 24 hours’ notice is given. Thank you for your understanding and respect for the time, energy and preparation that goes into each session.
